By completing a few sample exercises from my upcoming workbook you will begin to understand and process the emotions you associate with money and discover how to create harmony and balance in every aspect of your life.

The purpose of writing this workbook is to guide you through each step of the process toward financial health. The first step is to unplug from the outside world and focus inward, on your authentic self and the Inner Wealth you naturally possess. The second step is to define your dreams, desires and passions, so that you know what you really want out of life. Finally, you must create a Personal Navigation Route. This plan will get you from where you are to where you want to go. The exercises in this workbook will work chronologically through my book The Emotion Behind Money. Some of the workbook pages correspond directly with exercises in the book and give you the space and the support you need to complete them. The workbook also contains many additional exercises not found in the book.

To get started, first complete the Life Navigation Wheel aimed at determining how the different aspects of your life and how each we prioritize each realm.

Get to the core of your true being using the Authentic Self Exercise. What made you happy as a child? What makes you happy now, as an adult? Set an intention to express your authentic self every day!

Believe it or not, your future is your choice. Complete the Choose to Change exercise and learn to turn conscious choices into daily behaviors.
